Terms & Conditions

Last updated 8 November 2026

These terms set out the agreement between mytransfers and the company that subscribes to it: what the service does, how a subscription is paid for, when access ends, and what each side is responsible for.

1. Who we are and what this service is

mytransfers is a browser-based operations service for chauffeur and transport companies. It lets a company record its transfers, keep its clients, orderers, partners, drivers and vehicles in one place, issue sequentially numbered transfer documents, export reports and invite its own staff to work with it.

The service is operated by the mytransfers team ("we", "us") and runs on the Base44 platform, which provides the hosting, database, authentication and payment infrastructure on our behalf. By creating an account, subscribing or using the service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Accounts are intended for businesses and the people they authorise, not for consumers acting privately. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract on behalf of the company you register.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us, for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Each company controls who it invites and which permissions each person receives. Tell us immediately if you believe an account has been used without authorisation.

One workspace belongs to one company. A subscription covers the whole workspace and everyone that company invites into it.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Access to a workspace requires a paid subscription. Plans, prices and billing periods are shown on the pricing page and inside your workspace before you pay. Payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

A subscription is paid for one period at a time, in advance. It does not renew automatically and no recurring charge is created. When a paid period ends, access to the workspace stops until you buy a new period yourself. We do not store a payment method for future charges.

4. Cancellation, expiry and refunds

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from the subscription page of your workspace.
  • Cancelling stops any further renewal. It does not shorten the period you have already paid for, and your workspace stays fully usable until that period ends.
  • Because access is granted for the full period immediately after payment and our costs are committed at that point, payments already made are not refunded, in whole or in part, when you cancel or when you stop using the service.
  • If a paid period ends and no new period is bought, the workspace closes for editing. Signing in then shows that the subscription has ended and that it has to be renewed before the dashboard opens again.
  • Your data is kept while your workspace exists, so renewing later restores the workspace exactly as you left it. Deleting a workspace is permanent.

5. The demo workspace

The demo is a shared, view-only workspace with sample data, offered for a limited trial period so you can see how the service works. It is not a place to enter real client data, and nothing entered in it should be treated as confidential or retained.

A demo trial may be used once per person. We may end or change the demo at any time.

6. Your data and your clients' data

All transfer, client, orderer, partner, driver, vehicle and document data you enter belongs to your company. We do not sell it, and we use it only to run the service for you.

Where that data includes personal data of your passengers or contacts, your company is the data controller and we act as its processor; the Privacy Policy explains this in detail. You confirm that you have a lawful basis for the personal data you enter and that you will answer requests from the people concerned.

You are responsible for the content of the transfer documents and reports you issue through the service, including their accuracy and any legal or tax requirement that applies to them.

7. Acceptable use

  • Do not enter data you have no right to hold, or use the service to break the law.
  • Do not attempt to access another company's workspace, probe or overload our infrastructure, or bypass the permission and subscription controls.
  • Do not resell, sublicense or white-label the service without our written agreement.
  • Do not upload malicious code or use the service to send unsolicited messages.

8. Intellectual property

The service, its software, design and documentation remain our property and that of our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your company's internal operations for as long as your subscription is paid.

9. Availability and support

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided "as is" and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider outages and events outside our control may interrupt it. Support is provided by email; we answer as quickly as we reasonably can.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from the use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the subscription period in which the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close a workspace that is used in breach of these Terms, that threatens the security or stability of the service, or that is used for unlawful activity. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you first and give you the chance to put things right.

You may stop using the service at any time. If you want us to delete your workspace and its data, contact us from the address registered to the account.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service develops. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version, and material changes are announced inside the workspace or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version.

13. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, and the courts of Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer or data protection rights you may have.

Questions about these Terms, an invoice, a cancellation or your data: write to us from the account email address and we will reply from the same domain.
